CONTRACTING SERVICES
BNB Developments has a multitude of expertise in many different areas. In previous pages examples of Completed projects can be seen. In many cases these are bigger jobs and take months to complete. However, through property management BNB Developments has also been involved with minor fixes and repairs, and therefore will also do these minor jobs. Most of these jobs are billed at an hourly rate, but will obviously depend on the situation. Also, Because BNB Developments in an incorporated Company and properly insured we are also able to work directly for various corporations performing the various contracting jobs. This is important to remember as not all Business meet the proper requirements.

A newer service that that BNB has also been performing is extermination, with the use of clean dry heat. This is good for exterminating bugs, roaches, and mold.
