This Unit was in its original 1980's apartment condition before the renovations. It took me a good summer to complete this units work. The pictures before the reno are almost the same unit, but slightly different (probably unnoticable....but worth mentioning just in case). It is in the identical original condition, none the less.
These next pictures are after the renovations. For renos, I basically gutted the entire unit and redid everything. I also tried to put all high end materials into the unit. Some of the upgrades included are: jatoba hardwood flooring with a floor muffler underlay, custom tile, new solid maple kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, custom blinds, crown molding, two tone california knockdown ceilings, stainless steel appliances, and custom doors. I did all the work myself.
